Thanks to everyone who turned up in the rain to watch. It was a great evening with some fine bands on - all playing in a good cause. We look forward to next year! We'll hope to have some photos up soon on the website here.

Spinners Arms Sunday, 27 May 2007
Thanks to all the nice people at the Spinners Arms in Bollington the other night. We had a great time and we hope to be back again soon. There's a lot of music in Bollington for the Mind Body and Boogie festival in September. It's a really worthwhile charity - so check out their website: http://www.week4aday.org/shorty/mmb_mind_body_and_boogie.htm And thanks to the Spinners host - Karen, for the Peruvian beer. Great stuff - go and check it out yourself!

Cuban Knights: Gig Cancelled - what's going on?! Sunday, 17 December 2006
We heard today that Cuban Knights have decided not to have any more live bands playing - as it isn't financially worth while for them. So I'm sorry to say that we won't now be playing our Christmas gig there. Thanks to everyone who was going to come along and support the band. We're aiming to start gigging much more in the new year - so stay tuned to this website for details of where and when. In the meantime - thanks for visiting the band's site - and have a great Christimas and a happy 2007!

When's the next gig? Wednesday, 15 November 2006
Thanks to those of you who've been asking when we're going to be gigging again. It's all gone a bit quiet as we're putting togther some new songs - plus we do have to attend to the day job sometimes! We're planning to be out and about much more in the new year with some new songs, and even (another!) new guitar for Dave.

The Congleton Chronicle's Review of the new Album: Wednesday, 15 November 2006
"This is for people who like what they know, in this case old fashioned rock blues. It's consistent throughout: straightforward, no nonsense blues and no messing about. Opener "Should 'da stayed home" is really good with some great sax and to be honest I forgot who it was - "Peter Frampton?," I thought it's so well played. It's got a really professional big blues sound. The title track, second on the album, is reminiscent of the Blues Brothers doing "Sweet home Chicago", and if you like the latter's music you'll really dig this album of mainstream blues for white guys. If you like the blues, this is highly recommended and A&A are selling it for just 6.99"

Poynton Gig Wednesday, 13 September 2006
Looking forward to meeting people at Poynton British Legion tomorrow night. We have some new songs - including an accoustic section with Dave playing his 6 string Tanglewood. Come along and let us know what you think!

New Website Saturday, 2 September 2006

Band Update Monday, 10 July 2006
It's all been a bit quiet recently - but we're busy putting some new songs together and we have a couple of gigs booked in early September. More details as we get them, on our Gigs page. We'd love to see you there. Some of you have been asking about the CD. Truth be told - we've been a bit slow getting it mastered and the artwork put together. But we hope it'll be done by September in time for the Autumn run of gigs for the band.
