Loads'a gigs... Monday, 23 March 2009
Looks like it could be a busy summer. Plenty of gigs coming up. Come and say hello!

New Songs Sunday, 14 December 2008
We've been recording at Windy Way studio courtesy of Don, who's got a great set up there and does a marvellous line in mugs of tea and chocolate biscuits. Dave has written some new tunes - some of which are something of a change from our other material.

We're in the process of collecting more songs and we hope we'll be able to come up with a new CD soon. We'll try and put some of the new songs on the website in the not too distant future.

Bluefunk benefit night Thursday, 9 October 2008
We had a great night at Bluefunk last night - some fantastic music from such varied and talented musicians like Andrew Allen and the VirginMarys - amongst many other fabulous acts. It was a thrill to play with everyone - and a good chance for us to try out a couple of new songs.

We're hoping to get some recording done soon as it's a while since we launched "Brooklyn Blue". Just over 2 years in fact! Time flies when you're having fun...

Mind Body Boogie Thursday, 20 September 2007
Thanks to everyone who turned up in the rain to watch. It was a great evening with some fine bands on - all playing in a good cause. We look forward to next year! We'll hope to have some photos up soon on the website here.

Spinners Arms Sunday, 27 May 2007
Thanks to all the nice people at the Spinners Arms in Bollington the other night. We had a great time and we hope to be back again soon. There's a lot of music in Bollington for the Mind Body and Boogie festival in September. It's a really worthwhile charity - so check out their website: http://www.week4aday.org/shorty/mmb_mind_body_and_boogie.htm And thanks to the Spinners host - Karen, for the Peruvian beer. Great stuff - go and check it out yourself!

Nantwich Jazz and Blues Festival Saturday, 6 January 2007
We'll be playing on Sunday 8th April with a 2 hour set - so please come along and join us! There's a great line up in this Festival - so do check out the official Festival website and get in early as gigs get sold out quickly. http://www.nantwichjazz.com. Enjoy!
